Good news!

Boas noticias!

Primeiro a musica e agora a comida.

Good news! After Fado, Portugal was once again honoured by Unesco. This time it was the Mediterranean Diet to get the recognition it deserves by being considered as an Intangible Cultural HeritageThe application came from a group of countries that base their diet – and gastronomic traditions – on this diet: Portugal, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Spain, Italy and Morocco. Healthy, plenty of variety and very tasty are some of its characteristics, being also a part of these people daily lives. You don’t want to know how much I miss our food! I am only sorry that the reference to this piece of news on international websites only mentions the usual suspects, Spain, Italy and Greece.

First music and now food. It was about time for us to step out internationally
